Exercise update

I biked a measly 10 miles on Monday, but made up for it by running to the far end of the neighborhood and back yesterday. That makes my second 10k run ever. I wanted to go bike today because it’s not so cold out, but my left calf muscle is really tight. I’m thinking I’d better take a day off. More tomorrow. I’m hoping to be able to run 13 miles nonstop by the end of break, which is half a marathon.
